Report a bug
- In Shapeaway, open Settings and choose Save a report…. Pick a folder. The zip holds a readme with your version and system, the logs, your settings, the last autosave and any crash dump.
- If Shapeaway crashed, it offers the same report the next time it starts, after offering your autosave back.
- Email the zip with what you did, what you expected and what happened.
Nothing is ever sent automatically. Open the zip first if you’d like to see what’s in it; your last autosave is your sculpt, so leave it out if it’s private.
